The site on which Parman Court is being developed was formerly home to a garage and filling station, which dates back to 1930’s. The site’s history was the influence for its unique name. “Parman Court” was suggested by Liz Hillman, a Saxilby resident, which serves as a homage to the Parman family, who built the garage in 1937.
Construction started on Parman Court in August 2019 and is due to be completed at the beginning of spring.
Plots 1, 2 and 3 are at the early stages of brickwork and plots 4 and 5 have now been plastered, in preparation for the decorating stage.
