Wondering how to buy your new home? The process of purchasing your new Homes by Stirlin property is easier than you think! Read this handy purchase guide to find out just how easy it is.
Once you’ve chosen your new home, make sure it’s not going to be snapped up by anyone else! Our Property Consultant will help you fill out a reservation form to reserve the property under your name. A reservation fee is payable for this, which will be put towards the overall purchase price when you buy your new home.
Once you’ve given us your solicitor’s details, our property consultant will send them the contract documents. You can then start the process of personalising your new home and choosing the extras you’d like to include in the property. Depending on the stage of construction, you will usually be able to choose things such as your kitchen units, to flooring and tiles.
Once you’ve received your formal mortgage offer, you will now pay the deposit for your home and the extras that you have chosen to include. Your solicitor will send the paid funds over to us, along with your signed contract.
To ensure legal completion, the purchase price will now need to be paid. Once all the funds have been paid, the property is now legally yours. We will then read the meters with you and prepare you for the big day (moving in!).
The big day is finally here! You will now get the keys to your brand-new home. We’ll give you a demonstration of your new property and you will receive an instruction manual package, a comprehensive Homeowner Manual and a complimentary gift hamper to enjoy.
